- RevenueCat: subscription management and in-app purchase tracking.
- Firebase / Google Analytics: crash reporting and anonymized usage analytics.

4. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (TLS/HTTPS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your data may be stored and processed in the United States. By using our apps, you consent to this transfer.
5. Data Retention
Digital Training Solutions does not store user records. We are not a system of record. Our apps are reference and training tools, and we keep only the minimum information needed to operate them.
Specifically:
- We do not maintain a server-side database of your personal study activity, progress, or workout logs. Where an app tracks your progress, that information is stored locally on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
- Account information, where an account exists, is kept only while your account is active. When you delete your account, the associated data is removed.
- AI chat messages are processed only to generate a response and are not retained by us as a stored record after the session.
- Subscription status is managed through Apple, Google, or RevenueCat and is kept only as long as needed to validate your access.
If you would like any information associated with your account removed, contact us at ricky@digitalemsinc.com and we will promptly delete it.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
- Opt out of non-essential analytics by adjusting app permissions on your device.
- Withdraw consent for location access at any time via your device settings.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ricky@digitalemsinc.com.
7. Children's Privacy
Our applications are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know about the categories of personal information collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
9. Changes to This Policy
